Are you afraid to be positive or hopeful because you have been hurt so much in your life? Are you afraid to face disappointment again? Do you refuse to hope or believe that good things can happen for you? For you to have freedom you will have to face the problem without making excuses for it. Things will not aways turn out exactly the way you may want them to or you may be disappointed again. But you can have hope and be positive even in the disappointed times.

No matter how negative your thoughts are or how long you have been thinking that way, you can change. It will be well worth it to think positive and you will find yourself so much happier.
