What is the definition of beautiful? Charming and delightful to the senses, very pretty, lovely. The first thing I want you to do is get up from your computer, go to the nearest mirror, look at yourself in that mirror and tell yourself out loud, "I am beautiful". Say it more than once if you need to. Ok, how do you feel now? You should tell yourself everyday that you are beautiful. Be beautiful, feel it, believe it, and take hold of it.
